Hand painted candles

Lou & Co. Candles began life in 2022. After having my first baby in 2021, overwhelmed with everything being a new mum brings, I gave up my job and started to think about how I could bring my passion for design and creativity to life whilst being at home with my little boy.

After recently renovating our home, I was reminded of how my mum effortlessly created a space that me and siblings called home, with its nostalgic and whimsical charms. Those that know me well, know I have an appreciation for candles (I blame my mum!), and I am always in search of creative additions that will set the scene for dinners with friends and family or an intimate atmosphere for a Saturday evening in front of the fire.

 

Lately I have thought about how I can add my own touch to our tables and mantelpieces and with the help of my mum and sister this is where my journey begins.

My hope is my designs will add beauty, happiness and sparkle to any occasion
